It's March now, but still it's as cold as ever. So thanks to that I still can't wear the new coat I bought recently that I really like. I wish it was just a little warmer.

I went to see a movie the other day. It was about a crazy barber. As always I really liked the feel it had to it. People get killed one by one, and that's pretty much all that can be called straightforward about it. It was originally a musical, so I really enjoyed the songs too.

Actually, almost all the work on our new album is done, but I've been making some changes and things to make it even better, so it's not quite finished. I think the songs will sound even better than the versions we've been playing at our live shows. It's still a little early, but look forward to it, ok?

BLOOD
Since the first edition full album VENGEANCE for BLOOD INTEGRAL EDITION by BLOOD released in 2006 has sold out, a new album containing remastered versions of all the songs, VENGEANCE for BLOOD INTEGRAL EDITION, will be released to mark the 6th anniversary of BLOOD's formation. It will include 4 additional songs that were not included in LIMITED EDITION, including a remix by label-mates Virgins O.R. Pigeons. The first edition, which will be limited to 300 copies, will include a DVD featuring the sold out VENGEANCE for BLOOD LIVE in Mexico.

I just experienced all that snow piled up in Chicago not long ago, but the other day it snowed in Osaka too. I never thought that much snow fell in Osaka. When I went outside everything was covered in white. Days like this make me want to listen to this kind of music.

The tour is over and we're home now. This time each show was a great success, and some of them even sold out. I was especially happy that the Hollywood live sold out. I'd love to do another tour in America sometime. Wait for us!

Soon we'll be leaving for the US tour. We'll have longer distances to travel than we did before, and I'm sure it'll be cold there, so I'll try to be really careful. The first stop is LA. I'm looking forward to going back to the usual CD shop there too. Look forward to it, everyone!

It's been getting colder and colder, and now it looks like snow is falling even in the city. Speaking of snow, the L'IRREPARABLE lyrics appeal to me most of all the lyrics I've written. I hope everyone will listen to it in this cold season.

I went to see a Nightwish concert. They're a symphonic metal band from Finland with a female vocalist, and this was the tour that accompanied their first album since switching female vocalists. I went to the concert because I really liked the album, but they performed like veterans and gave a very balanced show, and the new vocalist did a great job without really seeming out of place. And of course I found lots of reference points in this show too. I think I'll go see Arch Enemy next.

Happy New Year. I hope you'll all support us again this year. First is the American tour. I think we'll be able to show everyone an even more powered-up BLOOD there. Look forward to it. I'm excited about it too.

I've really been helped out by lot of people again this year. There are always people who help us when we go overseas by doing things we can't do ourselves, and I think it's because of them that our lives have been successful. And of course I'm truly thankful to our fans. Thanks for this past year. I'll do my best again this year to repay you all through our works and performances. So, everyone, have a great year.
